Terms of service
These terms govern use of TransformFit, developed by Rodgers Intelligence Group.
The service
TransformFit provides fitness planning, workout logging, readiness tools, progress views, and coaching explanations. Numeric training decisions come from deterministic product engines and remain editable where the product says they are editable.
Health and safety
TransformFit is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a qualified health professional. Stop and seek appropriate professional guidance for sharp pain, injury, a medical emergency, or concerns outside ordinary exercise coaching. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate and for using equipment safely.
Your account and entries
Keep access to your account secure. Enter information you are authorized to use, and do not attempt to access another person’s account or data. You retain ownership of your personal entries.
Coaching and automated output
James explains product evidence and may be wrong or incomplete. Treat coaching as educational fitness guidance, verify important facts, and do not rely on it for medical, legal, or emergency decisions.
Memberships
If a paid Google Play membership is offered, its price, trial terms, renewal timing, and cancellation controls must be shown before purchase. Google processes Play purchases and manages payment methods, refunds, and store subscription cancellation.
Ending use
You may stop using TransformFit, export account data, and request account deletion. Deleting a TransformFit account does not itself cancel a separate Google Play subscription.
